We had a lovely romantic getaway in this hotel! the staff was welcoming and helpful, always around to assist us with any queries we had. the rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. the breakfast had a good selection of pastries, bread, and fruit, which we enjoyed overlooking the view from the balcony. the location was perfect for us, with easy access to the ski resort and close to the charming town center. We particularly appreciated the free parking and the ski room service.

There were a couple of minor issues. the heating in the room wasn't working well, so we had to ask for extra blankets.

The hotel is located near a beautiful lake and has a convenient location that allows you to easily reach the ski slopes. The staff is really friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The continental breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from that will satisfy any appetite.

It made it convenient for me to explore the city and easily access the slopes for early morning skiing. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
